AK Antony's driver kills himself

The driver of former defence minister AK Antony allegedly committed suicide at the servants' quarter inside the leader's official residence premises in Lutyens' Delhi on Friday. The driver, identified as Sanjay Singh, 35, hung himself by the ceiling fan.

As per the police, the incident was reported in the afternoon. Congress leader Antony lives at Bungalow number 2, Jantar Mantar Road. "Singh was found hanging by the ceiling fan. He was from Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh and worked as a driver for the family. No suicide note has been recovered," said BK Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police, New Delhi.
