The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday criticised the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) over allegedly receiving donations from bogus companies, saying the Arvind Kejriwal-led party has been exposed before the people of Delhi.

"AAP is a bundle of lies. They don't follow the ideals that they preach. They have been exposed, there are 31 fake companies from whom they have taken money. They stand exposed in front of people of Delhi," BJP spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said.
He said AAP should come out with answers instead of saying that Supreme Court should probe into the funding of all parties.
"Arvind Kejriwal should now answer about the allegation made by AVAM in a press conference. Why is he now saying that Supreme Court should probe into fundings of all the parties? When the finger has been pointed at you then you should answer instead of saying that everyone should be probed," Hussain said.
The AAP has demanded a Supreme Court monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) to probe funding of all the three major parties contesting Delhi polls following the allegations of a 'funding scam' from AAP Volunteer Action Manch (AVAM).
AVAM alleged that last year, AAP had received Rs 50 lakhs through four bogus companies that were fronts for money-laundering. The elections for the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held in a single phase on February 7. The counting of votes will take place on February 10. The last day of campaigning is February 5.
