One doesn’t need a Supreme Court bench to come to the verdict that two icons reign supreme in Tamil Nadu, even though one hails from Maharashtra and the other from Jharkhand. We are obviously talking about MS ‘Thala’ Dhoni and Superstar Rajinikanth, two individuals whose legend continues unabated in a land where hero-worship is a way of life.

And what better way to celebrate the two icons than a mash-up of the sound of Rajinikanth’s Kaala trailer with the images of Mahi Thala. Needless to say, the mash-up is perfect and a far better Monday motivation than your morning shot of caffeine.

Watch the amazing video below:

The teaser of superstar Rajinikanth's upcoming flick 'Kaala' was released on March 2, with the trilingual movie all set to hit the screens on April 27. The near two-minute teaser starts off with veteran star Nana Patekar asking what kind of a name 'Kaala' is, with a voiceover in the next scene saying it means not only the colour black, but also someone who fights and defends.

Later, Rajinikanth himself is shown explaining that black is the colour of hard work. The actor is seen speaking in the Tirunelveli slang of the Tamil language.
Actor Dhanush, also Rajinikant's son-in-law, has produced the movie under his banner Wunderbar Films Pvt Ltd.

Pa Ranjith is the director of the film, his second association with Rajinikanth after their 2016 gangster flick 'Kabali'.
Dhanush released the teaser on his Twitter page today.

'Kaala' will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.
Besides Rajinikanth and Patekar, the movie also features Hindi cinema actor Huma Qureshi, actor-director Samudrakani, Eswari Rao and a host of others.

Ranjith's favourite musician, Santosh Narayanan has once again teamed up with the filmmaker to compose the musical score for the film.

: The opening ceremony of Indian Premier League will be held at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium on April 7, confirmed the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) sources.
‘The opening ceremony was earlier planned for April 6, but was later changed,’ said the sources.

The decision, reportedly, has been taken at the behest of Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators.
The opening game will see defending champions Mumbai Indians take on two-time winners Chennai Super Kings (CSK), which is returning to the league along with Rajasthan Royals after a gap of two years.

The two teams had to serve a two-year suspension over their officials' involvement in betting during the 2013 edition of the tournament.
The 11th edition of the world's most popular and competitive T20 tournament will be played at nine venues across 51 days.
Meanwhile, the second match will see Delhi Daredevils locking horns with Kings XI Punjab at the Feroz Shah Kotla Ground in New Delhi.

Kings XI Punjab will play their three home matches in Indore and four matches at home in Mohali.
The much-anticipated final between the winner of Qualifier 1 and the winner of Qualifier 2 will be played at Wankhede Stadium on May 27
