Virat Kohli getting his beard ‘insured’? KL Rahul asks as he tweets 'leaked' video of Indian captain

Virat Kohli is a national tresure. He is also one of the highest paid athletes in the world. Kohli seems to be trending again but this time due to his beard. The news of Virat getting his beloved beard insured has become viral and puzzled a lot of people.   

A video of Virat getting his beard measured and clicked and then signing a contract has surfaced. 

The cameras seem to have recorded the cricketer getting his beard measured. After they are done clicking pictures of the cricketer from different profiles, they get him to write something, which seems like his sign, on paper. There are reports that the actor is getting his beard insured. 

Twitter user Ravi Kapoor shared a video, wherein Virat Kohli can be seen talking about his beard.

He captioned it as,

KL Rahul too took to Twitter to talk about the video. He shared the video with the caption: “Haha, I knew you were obsessed with your beard @imVkohli but this news of you getting your beard insured confirms my theory.”

However, Virat has not given any clue about what's happening. This may well be a part of Indian captain's many brand endorsments and a clever marketing ploy. We will have to wait and watch.
