The International Cricket Council (ICC) on Saturday let off the unruly Bangladesh players lightly, handing captain Shakib Al Hasan a 25% fine from his match fees and one demerit point and the same punishment to reserve player Nurul Hasan.

During the last over of Bangladesh's T20I tri-series victory over Sri Lanka in Colombo on Friday night, Shakib gestured to his batsmen to come off the field in protest against an umpiring decision, but Hasan pointed his finger towards Sri Lanka captain Thisara Perera during a heated argument.

If that wasn't enough, the Bangladesh dressing room door was smashed after the match by what is believed to be a Bangladesh player. The Sri Lankan government has reportedly launched a probe into the incident.
