Super Smash League (SSL) is the domestic T20 League being played in New Zealand. While the Super Smash League is not as popular as Indian Premier League (IPL), Big Bash League (BBL). Pakistan Super League (PSL) or even the latest Mzansi Super League (MSL), it promises some interesting cricket. 2018-19 Super Smash League, which starts on Saturday, December 22 is a two-month long tournament with the final being played on February 17, 2019. Super Smash League will be played at nine venues in New Zealand and will feature some of the biggest names from T20 across the world. Six teams compete in the Super Smash T20 with Wellington Firebirds coming this season as the defending champions.
