Ranji Trophy: Delhi knocked out as Easwaran's 183 not-out gives Bengal epic win

Chasing 321 in the fourth innings, Bengal opener Abhimanyu Easwaran remained unbeaten on 183 and led his state to a seven-wicket victory over Delhi in Ranji Trophy Group match at the Eden Gardens on Wednesday.

The other Bengal opener Abhishek Raman contributed with a half-century and shared a 121-run stand for the opening wicket before becoming Nitesh Rana's victim. 

Bengal's middle-order batsman Anustup Majumdar stood with Easwaran as the duo built an unbeaten stand of 186 runs and won an epic battle for Bengal that eliminated Delhi from the ongoing season of Ranji Trophy. 

Earlier, Delhi batted first and posted a total of 240 runs. In reply to that, Bengal managed to score just 220 runs, thanks to Suboth Bhati and Kulwant Khejroliya who led the attack with three wickets each to their names.
