The third season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) will begin on Thursday in Dubai with Multan Sultans and defending champions Peshawar Zalmi in action. 

Multan Sultans are making their debut in the league. PSL 2018 will see 6 teams vying for the title. While the rest of the tournament will be played in Dubai, the final three fixtures of the season – Eliminator 1, Eliminator 2 and the Final - will be played in Pakistan.

Here are the teams for Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2018: 

The Players draft were completed three months ago in a glittering ceremony in Lahore on November 12, 2017.

Teams were allowed to retain nine players going into the PSL Draft but with a sixth team added to the mix. Foreign PSL players will be paid USD 10,000 per match to play in Pakistan next season. After having retained nine players before the PSL Draft, the six teams were expected to pick up to 11 more cricketers for the third edition of the tournament using the Draft.

These players were picked in the Platinum Round, Diamond Round, Gold Round, Silver Round (two), Emerging Players Round (two) and the Supplementary Player Round (four). 

Islamabad United
