The recently-concluded three-match T20 series between Pakistan and World XI marked the return of international cricket to Pakistan after a long, long time.

While the headlines were rightfully grabbed by the players on the field, one couldn't help but notice how the home supporters were missing the presence of Indian cricketers in the World XI team.

Fans from across the border shared their warm feelings towards the likes of Virat Kohli and Mahendra Singh Dhoni by taking to social media before the series started. Some fans even took up for Kohli when certain Twitter users tried to demean the Indian captain.

Well, this is truly one incredible example of how Virat Kohli transcends every possible boundary and is loved by fans all over the world.
