'Respect and Pride': John Cena shares Rahul Dravid's quote, gets a lot of love from India

While John Cena was not a part of the WWE Live Event held in India recently, he remains one of the most loved Word Wrestling Entertainment superstar in the country. And Indian fans have one more reason to love John Cena.

Cena, who goes by the motto of hustle, loyalty and respect, shared a quote from former Indian cricket captain Rahul Dravid. In an Instagram post, Cena shared a photo of Rahul Dravid with a quote that read, "You don’t play for revenge, you play for respect and pride."

Cena, the biggest WWE star of the PG era, earned a lot of love from his Indian fans for the post. One user said that Cena was 'always a spokesman for respect' while another said 'love & respect both of you (Sir Rahul & Cena)'.

Dravid, known for his calmness both on and off the field, was nicknamed 'The Wall' for being one of the most reliable bastmen to play the game. He captained India from 2005 to 2007 and has been regarded as a gentleman by teammates and rivals alike.

WWE recently held its biggest event in India, where former WWE Champion Jinder Mahal and Triple H fought in the main event. Superstars like The Shield, Braun Strowman, Finn Balor also participated in the event.
