The names of Kamlesh Nagarkoti, Prithvi Shaw, Ishan Kishan and Shubman Gill may not be as familiar as that of Virat Kohli, Yuvraj Singh, Gautam Gambhir and Harbhajan Singh. But they now have two things in common... one, they all comes from Under-19 background. And second, they all are in the list of "cricket crorepatis".

Recognising the immense talent that these young Indian cricketers possess, almost all the Indian Premier League teams showered big money on Indian cricket GenNext. Having been termed as latest fast-bowling sensation, bowling well past 140-mark in the ongoing ICC U-19 World Cup in New Zealand, Nagarkoti was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for whopping Rs 3.2 crore on Saturday.

Nagarkoti stunned the cricket world by clocking 150 kmph against Australian colts in the ongoing tournament, finishing with three for 29.
Another junior and wicket-keeper-batsman Kishan went a step ahead and was sold for a mind-boggling price of Rs 6.2 crore to Mumbai Indians. Kishan attracted the attention of almost all the teams for his ability to hit big at the top of the innings.

Kishan has often been compared with Mahendra Singh Dhoni, but his form in the U-19 tourney so far has been not as per his reputation. Kishan was picked by Gujarat Lions in the last season and scored 319 runs at an average of 21.

Another performer in the ongoing U-19 tourney, Mumbai-based batting prodigy Shaw. Though he was not as lucky as his other teammates, but he still got Rs 1.2 crore from Delhi Daredevils. This is another thing that he will have the privilege of learning the art of batting from none other than former Aussie great Ricky Ponting, who is team's coach.

Another promising youngster Shubman Gill got Rs 1.8 crore from the Kolkata Knight Riders for his match-winning performances in New Zealand. The big bucks have come at the most appropriate time when Indian U-19 boys are gearing up to meet Pakistan in the semifinal.

Rajasthan's left-arm speedster Syed Khaleel Ahmed was another one to get a big amount of Rs 3 crore by Hyderabad. Son of a compounder, Ahmed was part of U-19 team which reached the World Cup final in 2016. He has already spent two seasons with Delhi Daredevils.
