Suresh Raina has again become the highest run scorer in the history of the Indian Premier League. Raina overtook Virat Kohli during his half century for Chennai Super Kings against the Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday.
Raina returned to the top of the table when he reached the score of 47. He remained unbeaten on 54 against the Hyderabad as CSK posted a total of 182/3. This was also Raina's 32nd IPL half century and his third against the Hyderabad outfit.
Raina now has a tally of 4658 runs in 161 innings of 165 matches. Kohli has now fallen back to second spot on the list, has a total of 4649 from 146 innings in 154 matches.
