India vs West Indies: The day three of the 2nd Test match saw India take a lead of 299 runs and then opted to bat again and set West Indies a target of 468 runs. 

In response, West Indies lost two wickets and at stumps were at 45 for 2. During this process, wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant surpassed MS Dhoni's record.

Windies Kraigg Brathwaite was dismissed by Ishant Sharma when the right-hander was lured into a false drive outside the off stump. The batsman nicked the ball behind which went into the hands of Rishabh Pant. 

With this dismissal, Pant claimed his 50th wicket-keeping dismissal in Test matches and became the fastest Indian ‘keeper to reach the milestone (in 11 Tests). MS Dhoni had taken 15 Tests to this feat.

Earlier, Ishant Sharma created history as the veteran fast bowler became the most successful Indian pacer outside of Asia. 

Sharma surpassed Kapil Dev's tally of 155 wickets outside Asia. He achieved this feat when he dismissed Jahmar Hamilton for 5 as West Indies were bowled out for 117 in the first innings. 

Anil Kumble still tops the list with 200 wickets from 50 matches when it comes to most wickets by an Indian bowler outside Asia.
