Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian side will start their chase at 10 for no loss against Pakistan in their Group B fixture in the ongoing ICC Women's World T20 in the West Indies.

According to the rules of the sport, irrespective of the format, an umpire may award one of the team’s five bonus runs if he feels the opposition is needlessly wasting time. This is designed to maintain the flow and pace of the match.

During Pakistan's innings, towards the end, the duo of Nida Dar and Maroof on repetitive warnings continued to be running on the danger area. In the 18th over, when they repeated that, the on-field umpire slammed them with a five-point penalty.

On the final ball of the innings, the on-field umpire Suzanne Redfern once again had spotted the two running on the danger area. Suzanne not only added another five points to the Indian team's score but also cancelled the two out of the three singles the Pakistani duo ran.

It was not the first instance when a team had runs on the board even before their innings had started.

Pakistan Women posted a total of 133 for 7 in 20 overs and India are already 39 for no loss in 4 overs.
