Cricket scorecard, updates and commentary of the 3rd ODI between India and New Zealand at Green Park, Kanpur.
India beat New Zealand by 6 runs in the third and final one-day international in Kanpur at the Green Park stadium on Sunday to win the three-match series 2-1. The series was level 1-1 with the hosts defeating Kiwis in Pune after New Zealand won the first ODI in Mumbai.
After putting 337 on board, India managed to defend the total in a thrilling match that went down to the last over. Opener Rohit Sharma slammed 147 and skipper Virat Kohli made 113 for India.
For New Zealand, Colin Munro made 75 while Tom Latham (65) and skipper Kane Williamson (64) also struck fifties. Jasprit Bumrah was the pick of the bowlers for India with figures of three for 47.
