England's Chris Woakes on Saturday comepleted a unique treble at Lord's after his maiden Test ton on Saturday. Woakes joined the list of player who have scored a hundred, taken a five-wickets haul in an innings and 10 wickets in a match at Lord's.

Woakes entered an elite list of cricketers who have been on the Lord's board of honour for both batting and bowling. He joined Gubby Allen, Keith Miller, Ian Botham and present teammate Stuart Broad for scoring hundred and taking ten-wicket haul at Lord's. 

He also joined the boards for players who have scored a hundred and taken five-wicket hauls at 'Mecca of cricket'. The list features the names of Gubby Allen, Ian Botham, Stuart Broad, Andrew Flintoff, Ray Illingworth, Vinoo Mankad, Keith Miller and Ben Stokes.

Woakes had taken 11 wickes in the 2016 test match against Pakistan played at Lord's with figures of 6/70 and 5/32 in the two innings.

Woakes came into the game after an injury-induced break and as a replacement for the in-form Ben Stokes.

Woakes marked his return to Test cricket with a maiden century, and in the able company of Jonny Bairstow (93), handed England a massive advantage over a beleaguered India.

Woakes struck a polished ton as England finished day three in a dominant position, reaching 357 for six when bad light stopped play at the Lord's.

Woakes walked off unbeaten on 120 runs with Sam Curran batting on 22 not out.

England led by 250 runs and a day after bowling out India for 107.
