India will look to complete another series win while Australia would be looking to end their tour on a high when the two sides meet in the third and final T20I match at the Rajiv Gandhi Stadium to be played on Friday.

For the first time in this limited-overs tour, Australia are on an even footing with India, having bounced back to level the three-match T20I series at 1-1 after losing the ODI series 1-4.

Australia’s stand-in captain David Warner returns to his IPL home and he would be expecting to end the tour on a high note. On what has been a morale-breaking tour for Australia, the team failed to consolidate after being in strong positions in many of the exchanges in the ODIs.

But Tuesday's turnaround in Guwahati where they registered an eight-wicket win came as a silver lining.

Left-arm paceman Jason Behrendorff, rattled the Indian top order with quality swing and seam bowling, and Adam Zampa's wrist spin looked at par with that of his Indian counterparts.

Apart from him, Moises Henriques and Travis Head also stepped up and finished India's resistance while chasing 119 in Guwahati.

Thus, a cracker of a match could be expected between the two teams, provided the rain gods stay away from Hyderabad.  Rain might play spoilsport as the forecast is not promising with the met department predicting thundershowers during the match hours.

Since a couple of days, heavy rains have affected normal life of people in Hyderabad city. There were heavy rains on 12th October, a day before match day in Uppal area. Heavy rains are predicted on 13th October since early morning. Definitely, rain will have a big part to play in the match and 40-over contest is highly unlikely.

There is 40-50% chance of rain in the morning and it goes higher by afternoon. At 7 PM when the match begins there is 34% chance of rain to arrive but the chances go higher thereafter. It might allow a couple of early hours game and that makes the toss so crucial. No doubt that the team who wins the toss will choose to bowl first. The first match also ended with result favoring team batting second.
