India vs Australia 1st Test: Rohit Sharma, R Ashwin surprise fans on streets of Adelaide- Watch Video

Before the India vs Australia series gets underway in Adelaide on Thursday, Rohit Sharma and Ravichandran Ashwin decided to surprise local cricket fans. 

In a video posted by the BCCI, Rohit and Ashwin are seen meeting Indian fans as walk back to their hotel from training. India get a lot of support whenever they play in Australia.

In the video, Rohit Sharma interviews Ashwin and asks him some questions about the tour. Rohit also engages with the fans who, by their own admission. are pleasantly surprised to the duo. 

BCCI posted the video, saying, "Ever wondered how you would feel if @ImRo45 or @ashwinravi99 walked up to you on the streets randomly? The duo did just that on their way back from the Adelaide Oval"

However, the cricketers also were surprised when they encountered someone named ‘Robin Singh’ among the fans.

India play Australia in the first match of the four-Test series at Adelaide Oval starting Thursday in Adelaide. Both Sharma and Ashwin are part of the 12-man squad for the match.
