Delhi Daredevils (DD) IPL 2018 schedule: Full list, fixtures, match time, tickets, venue and where to watch

Delhi Daredevils will be looking to forget the past and achieve success in the 11th season of the Indian Premier League. 

Delhi Daredevils will play seven home games and seven away games. IPL 2018 will commence from April 7 in Mumbai where Chennai Super Kings will be up against the home team Mumbai Indians.

While Delhi Daredevils begin their IPL 2018 campaign against Kings XI Punjab on April 8, 2018 at their home ground Feroz Shah Kotla, their final league game will be against Mumbai Indians. They will play their last game of the league stage on May 20, 2018 at their home ground. 

Delhi have been part of all Indian Premier League seasons before this. However, they have never won the trophy. The squad has gone a lot of changes over the year. In this year's IPL auction, the teams has picked up some good players. 

Gautam Gambhir, who has won the IPL twice with Kolkata Knight Riders, is back in the team for the 11th edition. 

Among the other overseas cricketers that the Indian fans will be looking to watch and queue up to buy tickets for, are Glenn Maxwell and Jason Roy, two of the hardest hitters of the cricket ball in this format of the game. Colin Munro will also be a part of the squad, which gives them three excellent T20 batsmen to choose from.

Indians include Prithvi Shaw, the Indian under-19 captain who has been making waves all around the world as the next Sachin Tendulkar, and Indian seamer Mohammad Shami. All-rounder Vijay Shankar could be a season or two away from making this his breakout IPL season, having earlier made the Indian Test squad as the back-up all-rounder.

Nepal’s Sandeep Lamichhane could be another player that could attract eyeballs given he is the first from the country to feature in the IPL. Other important players in the Delhi squad include Shahbaz Nadeem, Jayant Yadav, Kagiso Rabada, Trent Boult and Naman Ojha.
