The coronavirus pandemic had halted all sports events for about three months since March. However, slowly and steadly, the game of cricket has come back with many terms and conditions apply.

With Test and ODI making a comeback, T20 cricket will be witnessed by fans with the rescheduled Indian Premier League (IPL) which will be held from September 19 to November 10 in UAE.

T20 cricket has become the most popular form of the sport and almost every country, which has a cricket team has a T20 team now.

However, there are some players who have not played for just one but two countries. The best example is the former Hong Kong skipper Anshuman Rath.

In September 2019, he quit the national team to pursue a career in India and is trying to break into the Vidarbha domestic team.

Just like him, there are these six layers who have played for two countries.

He then went on to become a regular part of the Kiwi side and even represented them in the ICC World Cup 2015. He retired from international cricket after featuring in 29 T20Is for the Blackcaps.

He could have become the team’s primary spin-bowling all-rounder, but van der Merwe lost his place because of his inconsistent performances.

He then moved to the Netherlands and became a part of the Dutch cricket team in 2015 and he continues to plays for the Orange team.

However, his teammate Boyd Rankin played T20 cricket for Ireland till 2012 and then switched to the English team. Unfortunately, he could not cement his place in the English squad and was forced him to return to Ireland.

4. Xavier Marshall – West Indies and the USA
