India vs Australia 3rd T20, As it happened: Virat Kohli remained beaten on 61 as Team India defeated Australia by 6 wickets in the third and final T20I in Syndey on Sunday and hence, squared the series 1-1. Earlier, Australia posted 164/6 after winning the toss. Krunal Pandya was the pick of Indian bowlers with figures of 4/36. Australia made one changes to its squad from the last match bringing in Mitchell Starc for Jason Behrendorff. India went with the same squad as the first two T20Is.

India are looking to preserve their unbeaten record in seven successive T20I series when they face Australia in third and final T20 International on Sunday. India were denied a chance to level the series in Melbourne after rain forced the play to be called off. They were beaten by a narrow margin of 4 runs in the series opener at Brisbane. Virat Kohli's side will be aming for a win to share the bragging rights and more importantly remain in a good frame of mind before the real test begins at Adelaide on December 6.
Australia are trying look to make a big statement by winning the series. Aaron Finch's were massive underdogs at the start of the series given the current turmoil in Australian cricket.
