If you would love to go on a budgeted foreign vacation then you are in luck. Klook, a service booking platform on Thursday announced its partnership with Hong Kong Tourism Board and Cathay Pacific Airways in order to engage with travelers from India. The new partnership will focus upon to gain more visibility amid Indian Free Independent Traveler’s (FITs). 

Under the said agreement,  Klook is running a joint promotion on its platform to promote Hong Kong to woo Indian travelers with exclusive incentives. Klook is offering up to 60% off on all Hong Kong products, ranging from attractions, tours, local transport, must-eats and other unique experiences which include Ocean Park Hong Kong, Hong Kong Disneyland, or an exotic dining experience like Lin Heung Kui in Sheung Wan and more. Individuals can book through the free App (Android and iOS) or website which is being made available till mid-October.

As Klook’s strategic partners, Hong Kong Tourism Board and Cathay Pacific Airways will provide end-to-end services and access to unique experiences at best prices to Indian travelers. In addition to this, Klook’s platform has also housed a specific microsite featuring Hong Kong’s recent campaign theme - ‘Discover Hong Kong Like A Local’. 

However, to avail the offer, individuals must book their flights with Cathay Pacific or Cathay Dragon, which will enable them to avail discounts by just using the booking number on the site.

Commenting on the partnership, Anita Ngai, Chief Revenue Officer of Klook said, “Hong Kong continues to gain popularity and attract travelers from India, as an ideal holiday destination. On Klook, we receive about 30% of users from Southeast and South Asia and have seen a tremendous growth from India where travelers are interested to experience different products that cater to their preferences. We are thrilled to collaborate with Hong Kong Tourism Board and Cathay Pacific Airways to offer Indian travelvers a vast variety of in-destination activities and encourage them to explore Hong Kong like a local."
