Select copper and zinc recovered at the non-ferrous metal market here today on stockists' buying amid fresh demand from industrial users.

Tin and nickel declined following lower demand from alloy industries.

Zinc gained by Rs 7 per kg to Rs 214 from last Monday's close at Rs 207.

Copper cable scrap, copper scrap heavy and copper billets edged up by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 406, Rs 398 and Rs 434 as against Rs 404, Rs 396 and Rs 432 previously.

However, tin fell by Rs 25 per kg to Rs 1,340 from Monday's close at Rs 1,365 and nickel moved down by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 685 as compared to Rs 690.
