Black pepper prices declined Rs 10 to conclude at Rs 520 -710 per kg.

Coriander slipped to Rs 5,700-11,900 from last week's close of Rs 5,900-12,100 per quintal.

Cloves prices eased by Rs 5 to conclude at Rs 555-665 per kg.

Chirounji prices too dropped to Rs 540-690 against previous closing of Rs 550-700 per kg.

Dry ginger and kalaunji prices declined by up to Rs 200 to finish at Rs 10,000-16,000 and Rs 7,400-7,700 per quintal.

Mace red and yellow prices dropped by Rs 10 each to conclude at Rs 640-830 and Rs 920-940 per kg.

Poppyseed (China, U.P and MP-RAJ) prices eased by Rs 10 each to close at Rs 350-380, Rs 340-360 and Rs 370-390 per kg, respectively.

Red chilli prices declined Rs 100 to conclude at Rs 4,900-10,900 per quintal.

Jeera common and jeera best quality also fell by up to Rs 400 to end at Rs 19,900-20,000 and Rs 22,000-22,300 per quintal due to weak demand at the spot markets at prevailing prices.

On the other hand, cardamom brown jhundiwali and kanchicut prices increased up to Rs 40 to finish at Rs 750-770 and Rs 800-1,050 per kg, respectively.

Cardamom small varieties such as chitridar, colour robin, bold and extra bold were up by Rs 10 each to Rs 960-1,060, Rs 850-870, Rs 880-900 and Rs 1,050-1,070 per kg supported by tight supplies from growing regions amid deficient rains.

Turmeric also traded higher at Rs 9,000-11,500 against previous week's closing of Rs 8,000-10,500 per quintal following an upsurge in domestic as well as export demand against restricted supplies due to slow pace of sowing in producing states. (MORE)
