To beat the heat, IRCTC has announced the 'Cool Kanchenjunga Tour'. Under this, IRCTC will let you roam around the scenic views of north-eastern region in India.
"For those who yearn for adventure and excitement, there are mystique and romance in exploring wild life in its true forms and natural habitat, experiencing gushing streams and waterfalls picturesque mountain ranges- all fostered by mother nature. It was the perfect Holiday one could expect away from the crowd straight into the lap of Nature," IRCTC described on its website.
IRCTC's Cool Kanchenjunga Tour will cover three destinations, which are, Gangtok-Pelling-Darjeeling. The tour will start every Sunday till the month of June. IRCTC's package is available for six nights and seven days at a starting price of Rs 21,030. It is also to be noted that for double and triple occupancy, the rate would be Rs 27,450/- and Rs 21,030/- respectively.
The IRCTC website also stated that after the package would be booked online, the customer has to contact immediately to the IRCTC Kolkata office for further details of their tour.
From hills to religious places, IRCTC is offering something for everyone. But this time, if you are looking to have spritiual experience then you must check out IRCTC's package to religious places. The IRCTC package is available via the 'Bharat Darshan Special Tourist Train', according to IRCTC'S official website, irctctourism.com.
If you want to avail this package, then you have to book tickets on IRCTC website. You can also book tickets at tourist facilitation centre, zonal offices or regional offices.
The tour package has been available at Rs 9,450, inclusive of all the taxes including GST.
IRCTC is also offering booking of international destinations at low-cost fares.
