IndiGo announces flights between Amritsar and Dubai; check rates, timings and more

As part of its international expansion, low-cost carrier IndiGo is all set operate its first daily flight from Amritsar to Dubai making the number of daily IndiGo flights between India and Dubai 13.

The service is expected to commence from October 2018.

William Boulter, Chief Commercial Officer, IndiGo said, “We are absolutely delighted to announce our first daily flight to Dubai from Amritsar and Kolkata to Cochin effective October this year. We will also operate an additional flight between Bengaluru and Pune. The launch of these new services is in line with our growth strategy outlined for both domestic and international markets.”

The flight, 6E-47 will operate daily between Amritsar and Dubai and will take off at 2.40 am from Amritsar and land at 4.45 am at Dubai. The flight is expected to start on October 28, and starts at Rs 6,999. Note air fares could raise depending on the demand at that given point of time. The return journey, 6E-48, will leave Dubai airport at 5.45 am an land at Dubai at 10.40 am.
