Trump Towers Pune is Trump organisation's first project in India. The project located in Kalyaninagar comprises of two 23-storey towers. Every storey has a single floor five BHK apartment. The Trump Brand project has been developed by Pune-based Panchshil Reality.
Panchshil Reality Trump Organisation entered into a licensing agreement to develop Trump towers in Pune where Trump’s Organisation has lent its brand to Panchshil.
The first tower of Trump Towers Pune was launched in 2014 and with the launch of the second tower, the project will be the first completed project under Trump’s brand in India.
Speaking about the project, Atul Chordia, chairman of Panchshil Reality told DNA, "This is the first signed as well as first completed project under the brand name of Trump in India. The first 23-storey tower was launched in 2014 and it is fully occupied. Now Donald Trump Jr will be launching the second tower on Wednesday, also 23 floors."
"Our experience of working with Trump organisation is of great satisfaction. It has been fantastic relationship and with Donald Trump Jr coming to Pune for the launching of second tower; it will further cement the friendship," Chordia said.
According to Chordia, this project is among the first projects in India to have adopted Dry Construction Technique (DCT) which helped in saving of million litres of water.
"The tower is platinum LEED certified building and the interiors have been styled by Matteo Nunziati from Italy. The residences in the tower will be Pune's costliest residences," Chordia said.
