Premium sandwich and bakery destination Bueno today said it has 5 opened more outlets in Delhi, and is looking to expand its base across Asia.

The chain plans to open 100 new outlets in the next one year and is in talks with major venture capital firms to raise the next round between USD 15-20 million, it said in a statement here.

Bueno is looking at both self-owned and franchisee options for its expansions.

Mumbai Metro One launches mobile ticketing system 'OnGo' Reliance Infrastructure-led Mumbai Metro One today launched its first mobile ticketing system 'OnGo', which will enable the commuters to buy their token or pass and can generate a QR code which will be used to get access through automated fare collection (AFC) gates.

The system will be operational from mid-August this year, the company said in a statement issued here.

It further said commuters can easily generate QR code through 'OnGo' service for current or future journeys for up to seven days in advance by simple clicking the mobile app wherein they pay for their journey.

Godrej Cartini cuts prices by 7 per cent

Godrej Cartini, part of Godrej Locking Solutions and Systems, today said it will reduce its prices by 7 per cent in its range of products in accordance with the new tax structure under Goods and Services Tax (GST).

"With price reduction, we believe the demand for branded kitchen accessories will surge as more consumers will find owning a brand highly affordable than before," Godrej Locking Solutions and Systems Executive Vice President and Business Head Shyam Motwani said.

The Indian scissors and knives market is estimated to be worth Rs 1,100 crore, with organised players accounting for 21 per cent of it.

Godrej Cartini expects tier II, tier III cities to account for 5-10 per cent of its sales this fiscal and hopes to double the share by 2020.
