18% homebuyers prefer new launch homes against previous 5%

While ready-to-move-in homes remained the preferred choice for several homebuyers, new launches saw a decent revival, according to Anarock’s Consumer Sentiment Survey for the first half of 2019

41% – consider properties priced Rs 30 - 45 lakh across top 7 cities

50% – homebuyers to purchasehomes in 2018

48% – would not buy again with the same developer

38% – preferred to buy property within the city limits

44% – to buy homes for investment in Bengaluru

70% – buyers prefer properties under Rs 80 lakh
