The terrific trio will be seen in Aanand L Rai's film in which SRK plays a dwarf
Deepika Padukone is the latest one to join the cast of Aanand L Rai’s untitled film with Shah Rukh Khan, which paired him once again with Katrina Kaif and Anushka Sharma.
According to sources, “While Katrina and Anushka have been shooting for the film, Deepika shot for the guest appearance recently.”
A source from the unit tells us that Dippy is the third star to shoot for the guest appearance. Salman Khan was the first one to shoot a song with SRK. Alia Bhatt, too, has finished doing her bit for the film. It is learnt that even Rani Mukerji, Karisma Kapoor, Sridevi and Kajol have shot for the film. SRK had posted pictures on social media with the actresses, and it was later confirmed that his leading ladies are doing the cameos. However, there was no mention of DP in these posts. So nobody knew about Padukone’s cameo till now! In Rai’s film, Katrina Kaif plays an actress and most of the actors in cameos are playing themselves.

SRK-Katrina
Jab Tak Hai Jaan: The 2012 film saw Katrina and SRK share screen space for the first time. This movie also happened to be late filmmaker Yash Chopra’s swan song. The movie was a love triangle, with destiny playing a part to separate the two.
SRK-Anushka
Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi: Anushka and SRK share great chemistry on the big screen probably because she acted with him in her debut film itself. The movie saw SRK playing his age as Anushka’s husband and then taking on another persona to woo her.
Jab Tak Hai Jaan: After working under the direction of Aditya Chopra, late filmmaker Yash Chopra, too, cast them in his swan song. Though they didn’t walk into the sunset together, their chemistry was great in this one too.
Jab Harry Met Sejal: Imtiaz Ali, SRK and Anushka made for a great combination. The two — SRK and Anushka — came together on screen after a gap of five years and their chemistry just seemed to have become better.
SRK-Deepika
Om Shanti Om: Like Anushka, Deepika also made her B-Town debut with SRK. The movie had both, her and SRK, in double roles. The movie released on the same day as Sonam Kapoor’s debut film Saawariya and went on to become a massive hit, catapulting Deepika straight into the A-League overnight.
Chennai Express: It was six years after their first film together that the two came back on the big screen again. This time, it was Rohit Shetty, who was directing them. Chennai Express proved to be successful at the box office.
Happy New Year: This movie saw SRK, Deepika and Farah Khan teaming up once again. It also included Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah. Like twice before, SRK-Deepika’s combination had the junta and box office under its spell.
