What made Ranveer Singh teary-eyed on reality TV show?

Ranveer Singh is often known for jumping and dancing around with his highest energy. However there was one moment when he broke down into tears. This happened on the dance reality show ‘Super Dancer Chapter 3’ where he came to promote his film Gully Boy. News 18 reports that the Simmba actor got extremely emotional on the dance reality show which is hosted by Shilpa Shetty Kundra.

Ranveer in reality witnessed his journey from just another ‘Gully Boy’ to becoming a superstar. The actor had a successful run in theatres for quite some time now and even ended up marrying his lover of six years Deepika Padukone in an intimate ceremony at Lake Como, Italy last year.

After witnessing the performance, Ranveer Singh said, “I had never thought that I would come in a dance show and someone would tell my life through dance. I am amazed, this is the thing that affects my heart the most that you have done for me. Time has changed, last year, I did two superb movies, got married and many times I feel that this is all a dream. You people have really made me emotional and I could not stop my tears, it was a touching moment.”

Ranveer Singh has always claimed that he had a struggling phase before entering Bollywood. He however had one of the best debuts with Yash Raj Films’ Band Baaja Baarat where he starred opposite Anushka Sharma. Anushka had previously worked with Shah Rukh Khan in YRF’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi. Ranveer today has become widely known for his on-screen jodi with both Anushka and real-life wife Deepika.
