We will never forget 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks: Bollywood pays tribute to victims, martyrs

Monday marks the 10th anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks.

Ten years ago on this day, Mumbai, and the country at large, came to a standstill after 10 heavily-armed Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists carried out attacks at six locations across the city.

The carnage, spanned across four days, killed as many as 166 people were injured over 300 others.

Recalling the dreadful night, Bollywood celebrities, including Abhishek Bachchan, Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, Kubbra Sait among others paid tribute to the victims and martyrs, and said that it’s a day that can’t be forgotten, as they remember the sacrifices of the brave sons of India.

Hosted the Memorial last year for the attacks, standing there alongside the dignitaries I felt gooseflesh as we proudly together sang the Indian National Anthem. This is a day Mumbai stood together (again) & this encapsulates the spirit of the city.
