NBA cheerleaders flaunted their love for Bollywood and performed to Ghoomar recently, families in San Francisco too booked an entire theatre and being dressed up as Rani Sa danced to ghoomar. But it's not over yet. Just like the film being unstoppable at the box-office, popularity of Deepika's dance number is showing no signs of slowing down.
Latest being an ice skater Mayuri Bhandari's performance going viral. Dressed in a red costume, she is seen balancing the graceful moves of Ghoomar along with her effortless skating on an ice rink. She shared the video on You Tube and wrote, ""In honor of the film Padmaavat's release, here is my ice skating tribute to the beautiful song Ghoomar! As a Rajasthani, I skate to this song with pride!"
Ghoomar was the first song released by the makers of Padmaavat and has crossed 100 million views on YouTube.

Commenting on it, Deepika had earlier said, “It has been one of the most difficult song sequences that Sanjay sir and I have shot for. The shooting of the film began with this song and I will never forget that day. I remember approaching my mark for the first shot and suddenly, I felt a chill run through my body. It was almost as if Padmavati’s soul had entered my body. That feeling still lingers and will continue for years to come.”
