Very less has been known about the film and most of the details have been kept under wraps so far, but the title indicates a hint of patriotism.
Giving out a little of what the film maybe like, the Sultan actor has given out a glimpse of the upcoming drama, much to the delight of his fans and followers.
Salman shared a teaser of Bharat on his Twitter handle.
With soft, but impactful music playing in the background, we can hear Salman saying, "Bauji kehte the- Kuch Rishte Zameen se hote hai, Aur kuch Khoon se.. Mere Paas Dono Thee!"
The video sees fire and baubles at the beginning and a glittery map of India towards the end with Bharat popping over it.

Director of the film, Ali Abbas Zafar also took to social media and shared the same video.

About the film, a source had said, “Salman will sport five different looks in Bharat, which begins with him witnessing one of the most dramatic chapters of our history— the Partition. It’s an Indian adaptation of the Korean movie, Ode to My Father and will be a commercial film with a mix of action, drama and music.”
Other historic events will be touched upon as well, which will be an integral part of the film.
When contacted, Ali confirmed, “Since the story spans over a period of 70 years, there will be many historical references. It is essentially about a man who lives through several significant moments from India’s past to present. We are currently working on the film’s pre-production and details will be announced once we are in a position to talk about them.”
Bharat will be filmed in Abu Dhabi, Spain and Delhi, with the partition sequences being shot in Punjab.
Bharat which also stars Katrina Kaif, Disha Patani, Sunil Grover and Nora Fatehi among others, is expected to be Salman’s Eid offering next year.
