In March 2016, 23-year-old Mithila Palkar became an overnight sensation after a video of her singing the Marathi song 'Hi Chaal Turu Turu' (originally sung by Jaywant Kulkarni) went viral on Facebook. In the video, she could be seen performing the song using a plastic cup and a wodden table. 

The actress, who is now all set to make her Bollywood debut with Irrfan Khan and Dulquer Salmaan starrer Karwaan, recently brought out the cup for a song of the film. She took to twitter to share a video where she is seen crooning 'Chota Sa Fasana' in her own style. 

The song is originally sung by Arijit Singh but Mithika's version is also getting huge likes from people. Sharing the video, Mithila tweeted, "Brought the cups back for #Karwaan !".

Karwaan revolves around 3 oddballs from different walks of life who are on an eventful journey from Bangalore to Ooty to Kumarakom and finally to Kochi. It is a road trip on which some crazy adventures take place, some lines are crossed, some bonds are forged, detours are made, experiences are shared and secrets are revealed.
