Katrina Kaif is back on sets. The actress has in fact shared a video from there, where she was seen undergoing the mandatory COVID-19 test. Kaif was seen squirming as DNA from her nostrils were picked with a earbud.

Katrina was seen in a simple white dress with no makeup on her. After her squirm, one of Katrina's assistants was heard saying 'always smile'. Soon, she broke into a smile while looking into the camera.

"It’s gotta be done - testing for shoot #safetyfirst ( very important instructions from Danny "always smile")," wrote Katrina while sharing the video.

Katrina has now returned from her Maldives shooting. She was in the island for five days with her crew. The actress had shared her picture in a face shield, a mask and a thin robe. The actor captioned the post, "Safety first (along with a mask emoji) outfits not bad either." She shared it with a slightly smiling face emoji.

During the lockdown, Katrina announced her next project - 'Bhoot Police'. The movie would see her opposite Ishaan Khatter and Siddhant Chaturvedi. 'Mirzapur' director Gurmmeet Singh would helm the project.

Before the COVID-19 lockdown, Katrina was awaiting the release of her film 'Sooryavanshi', which would have seen her as the female lead. The movie is now slated to release in the first quarter of 2021.

Revolving around Akshay Kumar, the movie would also feature cameos by Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn. The movie was the third installment in Rohit Shetty's cop franchise. Ranveer had played 'Simmba' previously, while Ajay was seen as 'Singham'.

The actress is reportedly also roped in for her 'Tiger Zinda Hai' and 'Bharat' director Ali Abbas Zafar's next film. The filmmaker is currently in Dubai, waiting for the COVID-19 situation to cool down in Mumbai.
