While we look forward to Sundays to laze around and be the most unproductive, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora Khan hit the gym.

Well, looking at their toned bodies and chiseled physique, we are not be surprised!

The gorgeous ladies of Bollywood, both Malaika and Kareena were spotted outside The Pilates Studio in Mumbai, where the two shed those extra kilos and strengthen their muscles to look flawless and remain healthy.  

The two stars worked-out rigorously during their gymming session and we have proof.

Celebrity fitness instructor Namrata Purohit on Tuesday revealed what actually went on inside the four walls of the gym on her Instagram handle, and we are inspired. 

Namrata wrote on Instagram, "Oh my this crazy circuit workout with Malaika Arora and Kareena Kapoor with dad Samir Purohit as taskmaster!"

Kareena, Malaika and Namrata had a power-packed work-out session under Pilates veteran Samir Purohit's supervision. 

Kareena and Malaika, who were twinning in black athleisure at the studio, while giving fitness goals, will impel you too sweat it out at the gym right away.

The Pilates session appears to be from Sunday as the "women in black" were spotted in yet another post by Namrata, who wrote, "Women in black. We killed our workout together and we're proud of it! We earned Sunday." 

Kareena Kapoor Khan and Malaika Arora Khan often feature on Namrata's Instagram feed, setting the fitness goal higher each time, while making gym-time look so chic. 

On the work front, Kareena was last seen in Veere Di Wedding. She will next be seen in Good News, which co-stars Akshay Kumar.
