Watch: Emraan Hashmi's 'Cheat India' goes on floors

The shoot of the much awaited Emraan Hashmi-starrer Cheat India commenced on Wednesday in Lucknow The makers of Hindi Medium, Neerja and Tumhari Sulu, have collaborated again, this time to produce Cheat India, which promises to be a never-seen-before peek into the vagaries of the Indian education system.

Clearly aimed at Indian students, this edge-of-the-seat Emraan Hashmi-starrer began rolling in Lucknow on Wednesday. More than 70 actors from UP, including real students from various colleges and universities, have been cast in the film.

The makers released an interesting video of Emraan playing with the alphabets of 'Teach', which ironically, are the same as those of 'Cheat'. Hashmi's naughty wink at the end leaves you wondering whether he's the hunter or the villain!

Directed by Soumik Sen, the Emraan Hashmi starrer is set to hit the silver screen on January 25, 2019.
