Virushka Wedding: Jasleen Royal’s song 'Din Shagna Da' from 'Phillauri' welcomed Anushka Sharma to the mandap

While congratulatory messages are pouring in for Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli for their wedding, singer Jasleen Royal’s phone hasn’t stopped buzzing since then either! That’s because the dulhan, Anushka, walked on to the mandap on Jasleen’s song, Din Shagna Da. “I’m so happy my song was the soundtrack for the couple’s most special moment,” Jasleen gushes. 

Before the wedding, the song also featured in Anushka’s film Phillauri because it captures the spirit of wedding. Jasleen recalls, “It was a big surprise when I received a call from Anushka’s office last year that they wanted to use the song for her wedding in the film.” She adds, “Now, it’s been used for her real wedding as well. It feels amazing. I have been getting so many messages and calls about it since last evening.”
