Veere Di Wedding: Sonam Kapoor clarifies rumours of tiff with Kareena Kapoor Khan

When four actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania team up to tell the story of 'Veere Di Wedding', rumours of catfights start doing the rounds every now and then. Even before the promotions of their film began, Sonam had posted a hard-hitting tweet in October last year to rubbish rumours of tiff between Bebo and her and once again she is being questioned about trouble between the two actresses. 

In an interview to Mid-Day, Sonam cleared the air once again and said, "There's no rivalry between us. In fact, Bebo, me, Rhea and Lolo have a WhatsApp group, called The Kapoor Girls. We post each other's yesteryear pictures on it. Bebo and I have been friends for 15 years," says Sonam Kapoor.

The two actresses appeared together in Koffee With Karan last year and will be sharing screen space for the first time together in 'Veere Di Wedding' but Sonam says their friendship goes beyond the film and such rumours don't affect their "Such gossip doesn't bother us because we are in a secure space. Bebo and I are the third-generation of actors and we know how the media functions. We are great friends. We have made a kick-ass movie and proved that women can work with each other and get along. We had a blast, said the 32-year-old actress.

Kareena Kapoor Khan also attended Sonam Kapoor's wedding this year along with hubby Saif Ali Khan and Taimur Ali Khan and sister Karisma Kapoor as well.

While Veere Di Wedding is releasing on June 1st, Sonam is currently shooting for 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' with daddy Anil Kapoor as well.
