Varun Dhawan's reaction to being called 'privileged' is priceless

During a recent interview, he addressed the issue when someone called him privileged.

The actor revealed that his dad got him thrown out of Dhobi Ghat — a film for which he had auditioned without letting anyone know — just because he felt Varun wasn’t ready to face the camera.

He also spoke about the time when his dad struggled to make ends meet for the family. Despite being the most successful star today, Varun hasn’t forgotten his roots. Maybe, that’s what connects him to the common man so well!
