Varun Dhawan and Taapsee Pannu's latest Twitter banter over 'Saand Ki Aankh' will give you major deja vu moment!

On Thursday, the much-awaited teaser of Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Saand Ki Aankh was unveiled. The teaser showed both of them in the age of 60s and becoming shooter champions worldwide. The film is a biopic based on the lives of Shooter Daadis Prakashi Tomar and Chandro Tomar, who are sisters-in-law in real life. The teaser not only impressed the masses but Bollywood celebrities as well. Saand Ki Aankh is helmed by Tushar Hiranandani.

He tweeted the teaser stating, "iss diwali patakhe nahi golliyaan chalengi....#SaandKiAankh releasing this Diwali Oct 25...." Varun Dhawan quote tweeted his tweet by writing, "Proud of you Tushar. Bringing real Indian heroes on the big screen. Best dadis", There came a prompt reply by none other than Taapsee. She tweeted back to him, "Arre Varun but u have not written our names y no appreciation for us ??? Why why why?" To which Varun replied, "Taapsee and Bhumi are naughty dadis"

Didn't the tweets remind you of a recent conversation?! Well yes, it seems like Taapsee has taken a sly dig at Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Chandel, who asked Varun to mention Kangana's name in his Judgementall Hai Kya trailer appreciation post. Moreover, Rangoli even called Taapsee a sasti copy but the actor kept her silence on Twitter.

Meanwhile, talking about Saand Ki Aankh, the film's creative producer is Anurag Kashyap and it will be hitting the screens this Diwali that is on October 25, 2019.
