Urvashi Rautela slams report of being touched 'inappropriately' by Boney Kapoor after video goes viral

Urvashi Rautela took to her Twitter page and slammed a report which suggested that the actor was touched inappropriately by producer Boney Kapoor.

On March 31, 2019, producer Jayantilal Gada hosted son Aksshay Gada's wedding reception bash at a high-end hotel in Mumbai. The bash was attended by several Bollywood celebrities including Kabir Khan and wife Mini Mathur, Poonam Dhillon, Padmini Kolhapure, Subhash Ghai, Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda, Shreyas Talpade, Aftab Shivdasani, Boney Kapoor, Urvashi Rautela to name a few. Before heading towards the reception, all the celebrities dressed in their best posed for the paparazzi present there.

However, a video of Boney and Urvashi from the red carpet has gone viral. In the video, both of them are seen posing for the photogs, but after the photo session, it was reported that Boney touched Urvashi inappropriately after hugging her. The video went instantly viral on the Internet and many slammed the producer for his alleged actions. 

But Urvashi took to her Twitter page and slammed the report. She tweeted, "Presumably one of the India's 'SUPREME' newspaper and this is 'NEWS'!!??
Please dont talk about GIRL POWER or WOMEN’S LIBERATION when YOU don't know how to RESPECT/HONOUR GIRLS."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Urvashi will next be seen in Pagalpanti being helmed by Anees Bazmee. Apart from the former beauty queen, the out-and-out comedy film also stars  Anil Kapoor, John Abraham, Ileana D'Cruz, Arshad Warsi, Pulkit Samrat, Kriti Kharbanda and Saurabh Shukla in the lead roles. The film is set to hit the screens on November 22, 2019.
