Upen Patel injured before shooting hospital scenes for a Tamil-Telugu movie

Recently, when Upen Patel was on his way from the hotel to the hospital in Chennai, he had never thought that his reel scene would turn into a real incident. The model-actor, who was filming scenes of his character recuperating from injuries in the hospital for a Tamil-Telugu movie, slipped and had a bad fall soon after he reached the location. 

Bechara was in severe pain as he had hurt his hand and leg. However, since the film crew had permission to shoot in the premises only that day, Upen had no option, but to pop painkillers and complete the shots as scheduled. The shoot has been postponed as the film’s makers flew him back to Mumbai so that he could recover from his injury before they can resume filming next week.
