It's a film for a good cause, but that won't stop Akshay Kumar and his friends to have a good time promoting it. Yes we are talking about his Friday release, Toilet Ek Prem Katha which is all set to hit theatres.
Varun Dhawan has joined the campaign #ToiletAaRahiHai, and posted a video of himself working out, where he is dying to go to the 'Toilet' but can't as 3 more days to go for the film to hit theatres. Akshay too replied to his urge to promote the Friday release and said, " Bas thoda aur control Varun"

Right before Akki's film release, his friends in the fraternity are known to jump in the promotions. Rustom's countdown went viral on social media, all thanks to quirky videos posted by Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Siddharth Malhotra. As after Varun Dhawan, these actors could also be saying #ToiletAaRahiHai.
Directed by Shree Narayan Singh, Toilet Ek Prem Katha is a film talking about the menace of open defecation. It's an issue which has plagued our nation for the longest time and for the first time a big star has dared to talk about this subject in his film. Akshay Kumar's film is known to making 100 crore and beyond at the box office. With this film made on the budget of 40-50 crores let's hope the message reaches as many people in the country as possible. A love story of Keshav and Jaya where Toilet plays the villain is being promoted heavily by the actor who is doing his bit for the society too.
