Ever introduced to a love story that makes you teary-eyed and yet hopeful? The fairytale-like, but absolutely realistic love story of Aditi and Niren Chaudhary is coming to life, courtesy Shonali Bose's The Sky is Pink, the trailer of which has been unveiled by the makers.

Set in a small town, the story in this trailer revolves around Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar's love story, and the struggle to save their product of love aka Zaira Wasim. Commencing on a lighter note, the story of The Sky Is Pink trailer is all things fun between Priyanka and Farhan. Their love story has the old-age charm when one could only communicate over the residential phone.

The love story grows into a family, and bam - a villain is born (or is she?) Zaira Wasim, who claims she is the villain in Priyanka-Farhan (her Panda and mousse)'s love story throughout the trailer, is sheer delight to watch throughout the trailer. From being clear about which parent she would like to stay with post-divorce, to judging her own family at more than one occasions, this little charm is a complete package. Wait for this bomb to explode towards the end of the trailer, leaving PeeCee baffled.

Priyanka Chopra would arrive in Bollywood after a long period with The Sky Is Pink, and the actress has made sure that it is all worth it. All Priyanka Chopra Jonas fans can rejoice, for their favourite actress is back and how! Not only is Piggy Chops having a transformation in her looks, but she is also more expressive, bolder and realistic than ever in The Sky Is Pink trailer. Farhan Akhtar manages to do a decent job, which Rohit Saraf is a charm.

If the acting was not enough, the family takes on to a journey to unexplored places, giving us the fuzzy feeling. Music by Pritam helps us to a huge extent in feeling serene after watching the trailer.

Directed by Shonali Bose and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur in association with Ronnie Screwvala, The Sky Is Pink would release in theatres on October 11, 2019. It marks the last movie for Zaira Wasim, and if the trailer is anything to go by, she would be making a heartwarming exit from the industry.
