Sushant Singh Rajput and Bhumi Pednekar starrer Sonchiriya’s first trailer gave us an introduction into the world of rebels. The second trailer that the makers released, which they are calling the ‘rebel trailer’, takes us through the sketch of each character in the film.

The trailer begins with a happy atmosphere in a wedding, which is when suddenly the dacoits, including Manoj Bajpayee and Ranvir Shorey, enter the scenario. Leading the gang is Manoj, who orders his men to loot from the bride’s room. He appears to be a polite dacoit, but only till you agree to his demands. He even orders Ranvir to pay the bride Rs. 101 as a wedding gift.

Soon after, Sushant Singh Rajput enters the scenario as Lakhna, giving us a sneak peek into more character names. Manoj leaves out an evil laugh and is called Man Singh. Ranvir Shorey is always in action and happens to be Manoj’s brother Vakil Singh. Bhumi Pednekar’s entry comes in with her banging a matka on a man’s head. She is called Indumati, and last but definitely not the least, Ashutosh Rana, a police inspector, is Gujjar.

Sushant then comes face-to-face with another rebel, and leaves a thought-provoking yet whistle-worthy dialogue. When the rebel asks Sushant (Lakhna) whether he is a rebel or an inspector, the actor reverts by saying, “Don’t ask me again. A rebel’s rifle feels bad easier.” Soon after, he delivers a perfect shot from a distance. The actor is precise when it comes to killing and like a successful dacoit, is a pro at killing and not leaving many traces of it.

Next comes in Ashutosh Rana’s best moments from the film. He too has a dialogue which gives an edge to his personality. His acting, as usual, is on point. Caste discrimination also plays an important part of the film, since Bhumi is seen talking to someone and swearing that she’s from the same caste as the lady she’s talking to. Sushant, as shown in the first trailer, is not too pleased with his gang, and can even kill them.
