Sunil Grover didn't attend the trailer launch of Kapil Sharma's film 'Firangi', here's why!

The trailer of Kapil Sharma's upcoming Bollywood film titled Firangi was launched earlier today. The actor is making a comeback on screen after his popular TV show The Kapil Sharma Show went off air. 

But did you know that Kapil Sharma wanted his former colleague Sunil Grover to launch the trailer of Firangi? This came as a surprise to some post the details of their infamous rift became public. More so, because Kapil's attempts to make peace with Sunil also bore no fruit. 

At the trailer launch event of Firangi, Kapil revealed that he wanted Sunil to launch the Firangi trailer and had even invited him for the same. He said, "Main chahta tha ki Sunil mera trailer launch karein. Maine unhe message kiya tha punjabi mein. So he asked me kahaan. Toh maine kaha ‘itthe’. Toh unhone reply back kiya ki woh abhi Canada mein hain.” (I invited Sunil to launch the trailer of Firangi in Punjabi but he replied saying he was in Canada)."
