Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao's 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' gets a release date

'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' has finally got a release date.The film, that marks the directorial debut of Shelly Chopra Dhar and stars Anil Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla in lead roles, is all set to release on February 1, 2019.

Sonam took to Twitter on Friday and wrote, "Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga, releasing on February 1st, 2019. Don’t forget the date!"

Sonam's father and actor Anil Kapoor, who also stars in the film tweeted, "Lots of drama, syaapa & pyaar coming your way on 1st February 2019!!"

This will be the first time when real-life father-daughter duo, Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space in a film. It also marks Juhi Chawla and Anil's reunion after 2007's Salaam-E-Ishq. They have earlier worked together in popular films like Loafer, Deewana Mastana and Andaaz amongst others. 

Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani, 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' also stars TV actress Madhumalti Kapoor and Telegu actress Regina Cassandra in pivotal roles.
