Hrithik Roshan has stepped into the shoes of maths genius Anand Kumar for Super 30, Diljit Dosanjh is essaying hockey player Sandeep Singh in Soorma, while Shah Rukh Khan is all set to play astronaut Rakesh Sharma. We asked Sonakshi Sinha, who was to play Haseena Parker before Shraddha Kapoor took over, whose life would she like to portray on screen now?

“I would love to do a sports biopic because I really enjoy playing sports. In my growing up years, more than watching movies, I used to play sports. I would like to do a story that is less known. A lot of stories (of sports personalities) are already in the public domain because of the media. But there are lot of stories about people we don’t even know about.

For instance something like a Pad Man. We didn’t know the origins of how a pad was made for the first time in India. It’s a wonderful story, so something like that.” Any particular sport biopic in mind? “No, it could be any sport,” smiles the actress.
